clappe.shop is a global marketplace where verified businesses sell physical and digital products, services and bookable appointments to buyers anywhere in the world. Each listing comes from a real, trust-scored business on the wider Clappe platform.
Who can buy, and where do sellers ship or work?
Anyone can browse, buy and book — no account required. Each seller sets the regions they ship to or serve and the currency they price in, so availability and delivery options are shown on the listing and confirmed at checkout.
How does Clappe Buyer Protection work?
Eligible orders are backed by Clappe Buyer Protection. Your payment is processed through Clappe and only released to the seller, so there is a real, accountable business behind every order. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you can request a return or refund, and you can escalate an eligible order to us if you and the seller cannot agree.
How are payments and currency handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe under a seller-of-record model: funds are routed to the seller through Clappe. Prices, availability and currency are set by the seller and shown at checkout, and every order is re-priced and re-validated server-side before it is placed, so the amount you confirm is the amount charged. Cash on delivery is available where a seller offers it.
How do I book a service or appointment?
On a bookable listing, choose a day and time and submit your details. The time is requested from the seller and confirmed by them. Service scope, timing and any deposit are defined by the seller’s listing.
How do I contact a seller before I buy?
Use the “Message seller” button on any listing or storefront. The seller replies to the email or phone number you provide — you don’t need an account to start a conversation.
What does a “verified” seller mean?
Verified businesses have confirmed their contact details and a payout account and run on the Clappe business platform — so there is a real, accountable business behind every order, not an anonymous listing.
Can I return an item or cancel a booking?
Yes. For physical goods, request a return or refund if an item is damaged, faulty or not as described — many sellers also accept change-of-mind returns within a stated window. For services and bookings, message the seller as early as possible to reschedule or cancel; each seller sets their own cancellation window and deposit terms.
Do I need an account to buy or book?
No. You can browse, buy and book as a guest. A cart and an anonymous “buyer token” are stored in your browser so your selections, orders, bookings and messages stay together without an account.
