What's covered
Products
Your order never arrives, or what arrives is materially not as described — wrong item, broken, counterfeit, or missing key parts.
Bookings
You paid for a confirmed appointment and the seller doesn't honor it — no-show, cancelled without rebooking, or the booked service isn't provided.
Quotes & services
You accepted a quote and paid through Clappe, but the agreed work was never delivered or is materially different from what was agreed.
What's not covered
- Changing your mind after the delivery window has passed — sellers set their own return policies for that, see Returns.
- Payments made outside the Clappe platform — we can only protect payments we process, so always pay through clappe.shop.
- Items or services prohibited by our Terms of Service.

Report the problem
Report the issue from your order page, or contact us, within 30 days of the delivery date or the scheduled service date.

We mediate with the seller
We open a case and engage the seller within 48 hours. Most cases are resolved directly — a replacement, a redo, or a refund.

You get your money back
If it can't be made right, you receive a full refund of up to $250 USD to your original payment method.
