A step-by-step guide to booking services and appointments from sellers on clappe.shop, how time zones and confirmation work, and how to reschedule.

Many clappe.shop sellers offer bookable services and appointments alongside physical and digital products. Booking takes a few taps and does not require an account.

Booking in three steps

  • Open a bookable listing and choose an available day and time.
  • Add your contact details so the seller can confirm and reach you.
  • Submit your request — the time is reserved and sent to the seller to confirm.

Time zones and confirmation

Because sellers and buyers can be anywhere, available times are shown in the seller’s time zone, which is labelled on the booking page. The seller confirms your requested time; you will be notified at the email or phone number you provided.

Rescheduling or cancelling

Plans change. Message the seller as early as you can to reschedule or cancel. Each seller sets their own cancellation window and any deposit terms, which are shown on the listing.
